The good:
- Getting a custom LAB from GV is substantially cheaper than getting it directly from LAB; especially if you're in Canada. Exchange rate, potential tariffs, LAB international shipping fee....etc.
- Got 1 round in with the LAB and I love it.

The Bad:
Made the custom order mid-summer with a 6-8 week delivery estimate. At the 8 week mark, I asked for a status update with a response that "LAB didn't receive the order". I suspect that GV dropped the ball and missed the order entirely. If I wanted to continue with the order, they offered a 10% discount; I asked for more but was denied.
It came within 6 weeks.

Overall, I like the putter; but was disappointed on how long it took to get to me as I was hoping I could have at least a month to use it before the season ended.

This is the most trusted online golf retailer I confidently turn to for my golf gear. I will without a doubt keep shopping at Golf Vault.

Golf vault was very honest about a 10-12 week delivery of this special order LAB putter. I was hoping to receive the putter prior to a Christmas vacation we were taking so I could use the putter. The putter came in under time and I was able to use it on vacation. The putter did not disappoint. It was everything I had hoped it would be. By purchasing from Golf Vault, I probably saved $150 compares to a direct order from LAB. It was a great choice and am happy with the decision. In the future I will continue to explore items from Golf Vault.
