I had a great experience with their fast shipping and customer service. The Cobra logo on my driver felt off, so I reached out. They promptly submitted a warranty claim with Cobra and arranged for a replacement driver. Everything was resolved in under two days, with just one email from my end. I’m happy!

Nice store and friendly service, but I'm not overly sure why you have to press a buzzer and wait for someone to let you into the store? (Unless theft has been an issue?)

This company sells used and new golf clubs. They do send you pictures of the used clubs which is a plus as you will know exactly what you will be getting but their delivery service (UPS) is awful. I bought tow clubs with the understanding that I would get them with 3 days from the purchase date (got the email from marketing) but instead after waiting for a full week and expecting the delivery today (staying home and had my cell near me the whole day) UPS sent me an email at the end of the day to let me know that the delivery was delayed until Monday! Wow!
This company in here in Canada and they can't deliver clubs within 3 days? What's wrong with this picture? Perhaps is time for this company to use FedEx like the competition does and perhaps their customer reviews will be more positive.
I don't recommend this company because they failed to delivery what they promised. I was offered a $50 refund because of the inconvenience which is fine but that doesn't negate the fact that I don't have the clubs today and I am out of luck for the planned weekend rounds.
I guess I am disappointed and dissatisfied. You can try them if you like but don't expect fast delivery.

It was great to meet Chris for my driver fitting. He offered me some great options, showed me both new clubs and options from their demos or previous generation. I am excited to order and get my new driver. I will be back to do a fitting for the rest of my golf bag.
I have now ordered several times online from golfvault and appreciate the great pricing but moreso the items being shipped the same or next day.
My largest purchase however is a custom set of Ping Irons i am anxiously awaiting to see if they arrive in the 1-3 week estimate. I realize they are being shipped from the assembly factory in Phoenix to Canada and am confident that order too was processed the same or next day which is all i can expect from the Golf Vault my go to for all my golfing needs.
Bought a new putter via GolfVault and was super impressed. Website was easy to navigate and quickly narrowed down my search to the brand and style I was interested in. Selection was good and prices were very competitive but the best part was that I purchased the putter at 2:00PM on a Tuesday and the putter was in my hands by Wednesday at 1:00PM. Incredible.
