Shipping Policies

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within one (1) business day of purchase, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

If there are any delays with your order or if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier. In these cases, the manufacturer handles the shipping carrier and method. While this helps improve availability and speed, it may also result in slight variations in delivery timelines that are outside of our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • International destinations (excluding the United States)

For U.S. customers, please visit www.golfvaultusa.com to shop from our Orlando, Florida location.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if delivery is not possible or would not be practical to complete.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99 CAD (before tax and after any discounts).

Free shipping may not apply to:

  • Remote or rural locations
  • Oversized or overweight items
  • International shipments
  • Locations where carrier costs are significantly higher than standard rates

If any additional shipping charges are required, we will always contact you for approval before your order is shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times for in-stock items:

  • Canada: 1–5 business days
  • International: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Special Orders & Manufacturer-Direct Shipments

Some products are special-order or ship directly from the manufacturer.

For these items, delivery timelines are set by the manufacturer and may change depending on availability. We always do our best to keep you updated if there are any delays or changes to your order status.

Please note that signature requirements do not apply to manufacturer-direct shipments.

Signature Requirement

For added security, orders of $800 CAD or more (before tax) shipped directly by us will require a signature upon delivery.

We may also require a signature on certain orders at our discretion to help protect against loss or delivery issues.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, including photo proof, GPS confirmation, or scan confirmation where available, the order is considered complete.

At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after confirmed delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages (After Delivery)

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery area and safe drop locations
  • Asking household members or neighbours
  • Contacting the carrier to open a trace or investigation

While we are unable to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we’re happy to help guide you through the carrier claim process where possible.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages may be returned to us if they are refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered.

In these cases:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees, customs duties, or carrier charges may be deducted from any refund
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if you would like the order reshipped

We’re happy to help resolve these situations and find the best solution whenever possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Chargeback Protection

We always encourage customers to reach out to us first so we can help resolve any issues quickly.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Carrier delivery confirmation (including tracking, GPS, or photo proof where available) is considered valid proof of delivery
  • A chargeback may be disputed if the order is confirmed as delivered and no evidence of non-delivery is provided
  • We may share relevant documentation (such as tracking history and delivery confirmation) with payment processors when reviewing disputes

We are always happy to assist with order concerns directly before any payment dispute is filed.
