We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

To start a return or exchange, please follow the link at the top of the page to enter our return portal. Once submitted, our team will get back to you within one (1) business day with next steps.

You will need your Golf Vault order number as well as your postal code ready.

Return Eligibility

New Products

Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and included items.

Demo or Used Products

Can be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

Store Demo/Display Clubs

May be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

Items must be in the same condition as purchased. If items are returned with damage, missing parts, or excessive wear, a fee may be applied.

Build Your Own & Custom Orders

Eligible within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only.

Items must be in new condition.

Please note that cancellations for Build Your Own orders include a 2.5% cancellation fee.

Shipping & Fees

If you’re making an exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping cost (excluding remote areas).

If you’re requesting a refund without an exchange, return shipping costs (starting at $15 CAD) will be deducted from your refund.

A Few Important Notes

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original parts and packaging to be eligible.

If something isn’t working as expected after use, it may be covered under our warranty policy rather than returns. We’re happy to help guide you to the right option.

In cases where items are missing parts or not returned in acceptable condition, adjustments may be made to the refund or credit.
