How to return

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

To start a return or exchange, please complete the return form on the right hand side of this page. Once submitted, our team will get back to you within 1 business day with next steps. Please include your GV order number so we can assist you quickly.

Return Eligibility

  • New products: Eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and included items.
  • Demo or used products: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
  • Store demo/display clubs: May be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit. Items must be in the same condition as purchased. If items are returned with damage, missing parts, or excessive wear, a fee may be applied.
  • Build Your Own & custom orders: Eligible within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in new condition. Please note that cancellations for Build Your Own orders include a 2.5% cancellation fee.

Shipping & Fees

  • If you’re making an exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping cost (excluding remote areas).
  • If you’re requesting a refund without an exchange, return shipping costs (starting at $15) will be deducted from your refund.

A Few Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original parts and packaging to be eligible.
  • If something isn’t working as expected after use, it may be covered under our warranty policy rather than returns. We’re happy to help guide you to the right option.
  • In cases where items are missing parts or not returned in acceptable condition, adjustments may be made to the refund or credit.
